SHIPPING:

When your order has been shipped you will receive a conformation email. This email is separate from the confirmation email you’ll receive after purchasing a piece. Shipping price will depend on the overall size and weight of the piece. Shipping costs and insurance are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated. If purchased locally, pick up of artwork may be arranged.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, & CANCELLATIONS:

Due to the great time and care it takes to create each piece, we do not provide refunds. We take great pride and care into packaging our artwork to ensure safe arrival of the purchased work. Cancellations may be made before artwork has been shipped, but only for pieces that have not been commissioned.

COMMISIONED WORK:

Pricing:

• All commissioned work begins at a minimum of $500.

• Final pricing depends on size, complexity, materials, and timeline.

• Rush orders are subject to an additional fee.

Payment:

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to start the project.

• The remaining 50% is due upon completion before delivery or shipping.

• Payment plans are available for commissions over $2,000

Revisions:

• 3 complimentary edits are included during the initial concept/sketch phase.

• Additional edits beyond the first 3 will incur a $50 fee per revision.

• Major changes cannot be made after the painting phase has started.

Process & Communication:

• All details (size, color palette, style, reference images, and deadlines) must be finalized before work begins.

• Progress updates will be provided at key stages: sketch approval, mid-progress, and final review.

Ownership & Usage Rights:

• The artist retains copyright and reproduction rights for all commissioned work, unless otherwise stated or agreed upon.

Refunds & Cancellations:

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• If the client cancels after work has begun, payment for completed work/time will still be required.

Content Restrictions:

• I reserve the right to decline commissions that conflict with my values or artistic style.

• Explicit or offensive subject matter will not be accepted.
